Hey there – I’m Alin Nedelcu, an engineer with a passion for quality, technology, and continuous growth. I work in Supplier Quality Development at MAHLE, focusing on automotive electronics and electrics. My academic background combines Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and a Master’s in Quality Management from Transilvania University of Brașov.
With over 11 years of experience in the quality field, I’ve learned that success comes from a mix of critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and the drive to always improve. I enjoy solving problems, leading with integrity, and delivering results that truly matter.
Outside the technical world, I’m a big fan of traveling with my family and exploring the mountains. I keep a close eye on the automotive industry trends and love diving into topics around artificial intelligence.
